Our Story related to Prayer
As teens, Pierre and Laurence experienced the presence and love of God in a context of intense corporate prayer. Both were born again in a community of prayer. This marked their spiritual DNA.
They have experienced several beautiful and powerful moves of God. They passionately seek the manifest presence of God among His children.
Pierre and Laurence have seen the power of God restoring spirits, souls, and bodies. They have also watched reconciliations and relationships healed.
They firmly believe that God answers prayers and imparts His heart to those who spend time in His presence.
They have witnessed massive transformations happening in the context of prayer in the lives of people they pastored.

Our Story related to praying for Israel
Early in ministry, Pierre loved, studied, and taught the Old Testament (Tanakh).
In 2002, Pierre and Laurence began to pray for Israel weekly for several hours. From that time to this day, God has gradually unveiled Yeshua/Jesus'Jewish identity, Israel's centrality in His plans, and His unique covenants with His people. Gaining a deeper understanding of the Jewish context of Yeshua/Jesus' life and ministry has led them to love his blood brothers and sisters more.
As they kept praying for the sons of Israel, God gave them a new and clearer understanding of the Bible, specifically the perfect continuity of the Old and New Testaments.
Pierre and Laurence are incredibly grateful to God for sending the Messiah to Israel and the nations. They desire to share the beauty of Yeshua/Jesus with the Jewish people because he was sent to them first, and he fulfills the hope of Israel.
Pierre and Laurence lead a network of French-speaking intercessors for Israel that they launched in 2023. Pierre dedicated five years to praying for Israel as a full-time intercessor.

Our Story related to Messiah Center

Messiah Center was born out of a God-given vision to see a community of intercessors with a heart for Israel, encouraging each other to fervently pray for God's heart and purposes for His people.
Over our 24 years of prayer for Israel, we observed that only intercessors who joined with others were able to sustain a fiery intercession over the years. We also noticed that the burden of praying for Israel is not shared by everyone, which can lead to feelings of loneliness and discouragement.
We have created an interdenominational and intergenerational space where like-minded intercessors can gather, unite in prayer, and be strengthened by each other. We want to equip the new generation of intercessors and help veteran intercessors find a new zeal, a new fire, and a fresh vision to keep interceding for Israel.
We have seen the need to educate new intercessors to lift biblically grounded prayers before the throne of grace. We want to offer biblically balanced teaching on how to pray for Israel and encourage those called to stand as intercessors before God.
As antisemitism rises, we want to equip the church to stand with Israel and understand Israel's place in God's sovereign plan, leading to the return of the Messiah.
Messiah Center is also a revival center where people can taste the manifest presence of the Holy Spirit, be drawn to go deeper in God, and desire to experience a personal or corporate revival. We believe that prayers born out of an encounter with God are powerful and effective.
